On February 15, 2018 at 19:00 hours, Michel Saakes of Wetsus gives a lecture on Blue Energy.
Blue Energy is a research that focuses on the development of a sustainable way of generating electricity, by means of a difference in the salinity of freshwater and salt water. This method combines electrical chemistry, polymer chemistry, process techniques and water pretreatment techniques, so that renewable electrical energy can be made.
Members of Hallieu and Medusa can attend the lecture free of charge. For non-members, the lecture costs €2,-
The lecture will take place in B216.
